With approach of an autumn the lectures about application of Perftoran again have begun. 5 and 6 October, in Moscow have passed lectures for transfusiologysts in Russian scientific center of Surgery of Russian Academy of Medical Science and at blood transfusion station of Department of public health services of Moscow within the framework of a seminar of a urban service of blood "The place and a role of bloodsubstitutes in transfusional therapy".

May, 17-19, 2006 in Club of army medical College of Saint Petersburg 8-th International Slavonic Baltic Scientific Medical Forum "Saint Petersburg - Gastro-2006" was held. In work of conference has taken part more than 1500 experts of different regions of Russia and the countries of the CIS. On a forum the message "Selective application perfluorocarbon emulsion in complex treatment of a cirrhosis of a liver " has sounded/ // Dalgatov G.D., Zubritskij V.F., Dalgatova M.A., Konenkova M.A.
Materials of a forum are published in № 1-2 for 2006 of Scientific-and-Practical Journal "Gastroenterology of Saint Petersburg”.

In Artif Cells Blood Substit Immobil Biotechnol results of the two-year-old clinical work executed in Cardiothoracic Surgery Department, Hospital Centra Medico La Raza, Mexico City, Mexico are published. Work was carried out in common and under the direction of P.I.Katunyan, the professor of the Moscow Medical Academy.

On May 23-26, in Petrozavodsk the III All-Russian Interdisciplinary Scientific and Practical Conference "Critical States in Obstetrics and Neonatology" was held the program of which comprised the report of E.N. Kligunenko (Dnepropetrovsk State Medical Academy, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine) "Application of perftoran in the prevention of the polyorgan insufficiency syndrome in the program of infusion-transfusion therapy for obstetric hemorrhages". The report was expected, and many Conference participants went to the Conference hall purposely to listen to it, many people approached the lecturer with their questions after the report. Within the framework of the Conference, an exhibition of the products of national and foreign companies producing medical equipment and drugs was shown. For the two days of the exhibition, on the 23 and 24 of May, the total number of the "Perftoran" Company booth visitors was of about 100 people. The talks with the Company booth visitors and the questionnaires showed that this product is used mainly by obstetricians, by the specialists of anesthesiology and reanimation departments in maternity hospitals, in perinatal centers and in central district hospitals. Wide geography of the application of perftoran in obstetrics practice was demonstrated by the Conference attendants from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Irkutsk, Novokuznetsk, Perm, Magnitogorsk, Orenburg, Moscow and the Moscow region, Tolyatti, Yaroslavl, Tver, Vladimir, Orel, Kursk, the Krasnodar territory, Rostov-on-Don, Lipetsk, the Leningrad region, Karelia. In Ukraine and Bielorussia, perftoran is used by obstetricians and anesthesiologists in Kiev and Grodno.

On May 17, the Ministry of Public Health of the Samara region together with the Samara blood transfusion station and the Scientific and Production Company "Perftoran" hold certification courses "Perftoran and its place in modern transfusiology" in the conference hall of the M.I. Kalinin Samara regional clinical hospital. The head doctors were proposed to invite physicians in obstetrics and gynecology, surgeons, anesthesiologists and reanimatologists, transfusiologists and other interested specialists. On May 20, this lecture course is to be held at the blood transfusion station of Ivanovo-city as well.

On April 28, at the blood transfusion station of Ryazan-city, the certification courses of lectures on the application of perftoran in modern transfusiology will be held.

On April 20, in the Blood Center of the Ministry of Public Health, Moscow, within the framework of the annual Technological Forum of the Blood Service, the seminar "Modern Blood Preparations and Blood Substitutes" will be held, where "Perftoran" Company is invited to participate.

On April 13, in Vladimir-city, on the basis of the regional blood transfusion station, the Day of Transfusiologists will be held the program of which foresees a report on the clinical application of perftoran, written by the "Perftoran" Company.

The certification courses of lectures "Perftoran and its place in modern transfusiology" are continued. On April 5-6, in Petrozavodsk, the Republic Seminar "Security of Hemotransfusion Therapy" will be held where N.B. Karmen, a lecturer of the "Perftoran" Company will read lectures and will deliver certificates of course participants to the audience.

On March 31 - April the 1^st , in Kharkov, Ukraine, the Scientific and Practical Conference "Problems of the clinical pictures, diagnosis and therapy of hepatitis".

On March 3, in Perm and on March 4, in Izhevsk,
on the basis of the city blood transfusion stations, seminars of physicians were held where the "Perftoran" Company had been invited to read a course of lectures "Perftoran and its place in modern transfusiology". The lectures were attended by the head doctors of the blood transfusion stations, transfusiologists, reanimatologists and physicians of other specialties from these cities and regions, that were interested in new useful information on the national blood substitute and on the practice of its clinical application. N.B. Karmen, the lecturer, was asked questions, clinical cases and practical results of the perftoran application were discussed. After the lectures, the physicians took part in a testing, and after completing the course, they obtained certificates of the lecture course attendants.
The "Perftoran" Company was invited as well to hold the certification courses in the framework of meetings of the regional blood transfusion stations on March 16, in Murmansk, and on March 22 - 23, in Penza.

On February 2005. Methodical and final Scientific Conferences of the Central Black Earth Centre of Science of the Russian Academy of Medical Science will take place in February 2005, devoted to the 70-anniversary of Kursk state medical university.
